Job Description:

Role: Sr. Executive- POS
Key Responsibilities

  • Map and track various Programs / lending products being run with different partners.
  • Coordinate the involvement of additional departments (cross functional), including sales, customer service and management resources if necessary, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations.
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume in respective partner accounts.
  • Identify, advice and assist in implementing new or improved products, processes and procedures.
  • Think of innovative approaches to improve the conversion funnel and the associated TAT
  • Take designated targets for new accounts and get them added to the pool target to deliver in the Planned and promised timelines
  • Prepare Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly report of performance and present it to the vertical head
  • Internal stakeholder communication and management.
  • Comfortable with numbers

What should the candidate have?

  • Work experience 2 -4 years
  • MBA preferred
  • Knowledge of Banking, financials & Credit is a plus.
  • Ability to articulate complex issues clearly to Partners, management and internal stakeholders
  • Quick Learner
  • Continuous learning attitude and eager to challenge/ improve current processes
  • Creative and strategic thinking with problem solving attitude
  • Self-motivation and ability to handle stressful situations and failure
  • Excellent MS Excel skills and Confident in timely reporting
  • Excellent  written, verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Must be in close sync with the cultural pillars of Collaboration, Agility, Innovation, Respect and Ownership
