FlexiLoans is looking for an ambitious and self-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team! As a TA Manager, you will be responsible for finding, recruiting, and retaining talented candidates. This role is for a passionate, results-oriented person who will build and manage recruitment team. You will lead the team in devising the hiring strategy, identifying target talent pools and building partnerships within the ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities will include:
•Be an ambassador for FlexiLoans- attract and hire the best talent in the industry
•Drive recruitment strategy for the technical and non-technical role
•Independently drive hiring needs for our business functions end to end and manage the entire lifecycle of recruitment
•Develop and plan recruiting strategies around sourcing, branding, candidate experience and management
•Drive operational excellence across the entire recruitment funnel by actively monitoring our recruiting funnel data, analyzing the results, and identifying areas for improvement.
•Ensure a compelling, engaging candidate experience that helps to strengthen and enhance our employer brand.
•Build proactive sourcing strategies to engage and nurture the pipeline of passive talents and take steps to approach people from diverse backgrounds
•Initiate and drive projects from time to time to help optimise and make the recruitment process more efficient
