Never Pay to Process Your Application
FlexiLoans does not charge money to process your loan application. Never pay anyone claiming they can speed up your application or reduce your interest rate.
Verify Email Senders
Never respond to emails requesting your personal or financial information without verifying that the sender is genuinely from FlexiLoans. Our official email domain is @flexiloans.com.
Never Share Your OTP
A FlexiLoans representative will never ask for your OTP over a call or message. Do not share your OTP, PIN, or password with anyone under any circumstances.
Verify Caller Identity
Do not share your bank account details, PAN, or Aadhaar with unknown callers claiming to represent FlexiLoans. Always verify the caller's identity before sharing any information.
Report Fraud Immediately
