Grievance Redressal Day
NOTICE
All customers of the Company are informed that the Company has decided to observe a “Grievance Redressal Day”.
The 5th day of every month (if 5th is a holiday, the following working day) shall be observed as a “Grievance Redressal Day” of the month on which any customer of the Company having a grievance or who feels that his/her grievance against the Company has not been resolved to his/her satisfaction, may without the requirement of any prior appointment, visit the corporate office of the Company at 7th Floor, South Annexe, Tower 2, One World Centre, 841 Senapati Bapat Marg, Lower Parel, Mumbai - 400013, Maharashtra, India between 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. to personally interact and seek redressal of his grievance(s) with the Grievance Redressal Officer (GRO) of the Company.
The GRO shall be available to ensure the grievance(s) of the customer(s) are duly acknowledged, documented, and resolved in a prompt and efficient manner.
